The Perry girls basketball team flexed their scholastic talents this season, securing both the IGHSAU Distinguished in Academic Achievement Award (team 3.25-4.0 GPA for grades 10-12) and Raccoon River Conference Academic Honors (3.25-4.0 GPA or higher, letter winner, grades 10-12).
Senior members were Mariah Duffy, Victoria Hegstrom, Hailiegh Kenyon and Taylor Lathrum, with juniors Grace Marburger, Emma Olejniczak and Maddy West along with sophomores Alyssa Kruger, Anna Lansing and Isabel Saemisch comprising the squad.
