After a two-week stretch during which the machine was on the fritz that dispenses the range balls, the Perry Driving Range is back open for business in the 1500 block of 18th Street in Perry.
Don Stracke of Perry, longtime overseer of the facility, said the replacement part came out of Kansas City and ran into shipping delays.
Owned by the Perry Community School District, the Perry Driving Range is open and accessible to everyone. All one needs are three $1 bills.
