Mike Timmer has begun working at the Perry Fareway as assistant manager.
A Vinton-Shellsburg High School graduate, Timmer comes to Perry from his most recent position at the fareway store in Adel. This is his sixth store during his 11 years with Fareway.
Timmer has some history in common with the Perry Fareway manager, Travis Landgrebe. They worked together in the Storm Lake Fareway for two years in the mid-2000s.
Timmer lives in Minburn and so enjoys a shorter commute to Perry.
