A one-vehicle rollover accident occurred on 130th Street east of Sportsman Park near Dawson Saturday about 11 p.m.
No injuries were reported in the mishap.
The passenger vehicle appeared to leave the granular-surface roadway in the 14300 block of 130th Street and came to rest upright in the north ditch.
A group of some six or eight young people were standing in the vicinity of the accident alongside the public safety agents, but they withdrew in apparent camera shyness when media arrived on scene.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s office is investigating the mishap.
The Perry Police Department, Perry and Dawson stations of the Perry Volunteer Fire Department, Perry First Responders and Dallas County EMS also responded.
