Five Panthers pitched in the game, with Preston Walker eventually assessed the loss. He had a single and a double at the plate.
Holmes had a double, Drew Taylor a triple and three RBIs and Evan Taylor two singles and a triple. Brice Taylor hit his first career home run and added a single, finishing with two RBIs.
The 4-of-5 winning spurt began June 4 with an 8-2 win over visiting Ogden.
Drew Taylor was the star, surrendering two runs on seven hits and four walks in a seven full innings, during which he struck out seven batters.
One swing of Taylor’s own bat provided all the help he needed, as his second-inning grand slam brought home half of the eight runs the Panthers plated in the frame. Taylor later added a single.
Evan Taylor helped out with a double, single and RBI while Brice Taylor had a double.
Panorama visits Woodward-Granger for a varsity twin bill tonight, and will travel to Des Moines Christian for a doubleheader Thursday. The Panthers visited WCV Monday, but no report has yet to be received.
