Panthers top Chargers Tuesday in WCAC hardball

GUTHRIE CENTER — Panorama jumped out to an 8-0 lead en route to a 9-4 win over host AC/GC in WCAC baseball Tuesday.[wpedon id=”82220″ align=”center”]

Steve Soreide was 4-for-4 with three runs scored and a RBI to spark Panorama. Luke South also played a key role from his lead-off spot, hitting two singles, drawing two walks, stealing two bases and scoring twice while driving in two runs.

Dominic Walker was 2-for-3 with a RBI and Hunter Holmes 2-for-4 to help the Panthers win their second game of the season against eight setbacks.

Jacob Iseminger went six innings on the bump in earning the win. He allowed four runs (all unearned) on six hits and five walks while finishing with four strikeouts.

Logan Brincks started and last four frames for AC/GC. He yielded eight runs (five earned) on eight hits and four walks while fanning two. Eli Kading allowed one run on four hits in three innings of relief.

Caden Wardyn had a double and two RBIs for the hosts, with Quenton Spack hitting a double while Ben Kingery had a RBI and two base hits.
