Perry-area motorists should be aware that road patching will begin Monday, Oct. 1 on K Avenue (County Road P58) south of Iowa Highway 44 and continue until about Oct. 15.
Patching will occur on the 4.12 stretch of K Avenue (County Road P58) between Iowa Highway 44 south to 280th Street (County Road F51).
The Dallas County Secondary Roads Department said one lane will remain open during construction, with alternating through traffic. The road crew will work in one-mile increments, and signs will be erected to indicate the worksite.
