  • A caller said someone “keeps driving by his residence several times usually in the mornings.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said a man “50 to 60 years of age, with white hair, wearing a suit, walking up and down the sidewalk hollering and swearing.” The caller was “concerned about kids walking home from school encountering the man.” An officer responded but did not find the man in the suit.
  • A caller said a “baby at his residence” had “several bruises on his legs.” An officer responded and “observed no bruises on the child’s legs” but did find “noticeable heat rash on the child’s neck.” The officer advised the caller to “take the child to a doctor or go purchase cream for the rash.”
  • A caller said her husband “lost his cell phone on the bike trail somewhere between Perry and Dawson.” An officer responded.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
