January 15, 2018

  • A caller “requested to talk to someone regarding parking at her new residence.” The caller said “she received a citation last night for not moving her vehicle off the street during the snow ordinance.” Officers responded and “gave her suggestions of where she can park.”
  • Eugenia Zamora was issued a citation for operating without a driver’s license and failure to obey a stop sign.
  • A caller said his “fiancee” “just learned someone has been using her Social Security number in Dubuque.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “he has been getting harassing text messages.” An officer responded and left a message with the harassing, “stating if he continued to contact” the caller, “he would be charged with harassment.”

January 16, 2018

  • A caller said “she has a bat in the house and needs help getting it out.” An officer “responded and removed the bat.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
