- Colten Michael Wurr, 24, 30245 Stagecoach Road, Coon Rapids, was arrested on charges of driving while barred, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Cesilia Melendez, 17, 309 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of underage possession of alcohol.
