  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said items were stolen from his car over night. An officer responded.
  • A caller saidĀ items were stolen from her car over night. An officer responded.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said items were stolen from his car over night. An officer responded.
  • A caller said his storage unit was broken into. An officer responded.
  • Melanie Schumacher, 1409 First Ave., Perry, was issued a citation for first-offense dog at large.
  • A caller said her children were playing in the park on the slide and the seesaw when they found a bag containing prescription medications. Officers responded and made contact with the owner of the medications, who said “her medical bag had been stolen out of a friend’s vehicle last night.”
  • A caller said her “dog got frightened when their neighbor shot off fireworks” and ran away. An officer responded but did not find the dog.
  • A caller said she “just heard shots fired” and said “it was about three or four shots.” Officers responded but found all quiet.

*A criminal charge is merely and accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
