June 15, 2020
- A 2006 Toyota, registered to and driven by Jennifer Hernandez Ordonez of 1700 Sixth St., Perry, collided with a 2018 Nissan, registered to and driven by Shellie Crawford of 1312 10th St., Perry, near the intersection of Seventh and Warford streets. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $2,800.
- A 2012 Dodge Ram pickup, registered to and driven by Lloyd Fagin of 508 Lucinda St., Perry, collided with a 2011 Ford Taurus, registered to Commercial Service of Perry and driven by Phillip Stukenholtz of 3343 Highway 141, Jamaica, in the 1400 block of Second Street. No injuries were reported. Fagin was issued a citation for improper lane change. Damages were estimated at $700.
- Chad Michael Menz, 39, of 1420 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault.

- Perry Police Department officers responded to a report of a theft in the 1900 block of Fourth Street. The loss was estimated at $80.
