- A 2016 Chevy Malibu, registered to and driven by Denise Rachele Mitchell of 2625
Warford St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2015 Toyota Prius, registered to Andrew Fernandez of 105 N. Fifth 5th St., Fairfield, Iowa. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $2,000.

- A 16-year-old female from Perry was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and issued a citation for curfew violation.
- A 16-year-old female from Perry was issued a citation for curfew violation.
- Phillip Daniel Gasche, 27, of 2701 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Webster County warrant for third-degree sexual abuse.

- Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 1200 block of 141st Street. The case is under investigation.
- Connie Martin Woods, 65, of 1617 W. Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.

- Dianna Marie Rickets, 54, of 500 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on an Adair County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
- Carlos Ernesto Vargas Reyes, 25, was arrested on charges of driving under suspension, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Neale Antonio Ruiz, 33, of 3307 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for second-degree criminal mischief.
- Ludwin Argueta Castillo, 22, of 708 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 17-year-old female from Perry was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

- Jesus Emanuel Jimenez Jimenez, 24, of 516 Clearview Dr., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while barred.
