October 10, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 1300 block of 28th Street on a report of a theft.
  • Roman Moreno Hernandez, 29, of 1209 1/2 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of trespassing.
  • Officers responded to the area of W. Ninth Street and Willis Avenue on a report of a domestic situation. The case is under investigation.
  • Officer responded to the 600 block of Fifth Street on a report of criminal mischief. A window to a residence was found to have been broken possibly by a golf ball or similar object.

October 11, 2019

  • Carlos Alberto Gonzalez Vidal, 18, of 1708 Otley Ave, Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended.
  • The Perry Police Department received a report of theft in the 1200 block of 141st Street.
  • Officers responded to the 2900 block of Kading Road on a report of damage to a window.
  • A 2013 Chevy Malibu, registered to and driven by Josue Jimenez of 1913 Lucinda St., Perry, collided with a 2002 Nissan Maxima, registered to James Ver Woret of Adel and driven by Cory Christensen of 270 290th St., Perry. The case is under investigation.
  • Officers responded to the 500 block of Third Street on a report of a domestic dispute. The situation calmed itself.

October 12, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 1900 block of North Street on a report of damage to a vehicle. Three windows on a car appeared to have been hit with a bb pellet.
  • A security company called in a commercial burglar alarm at the local tavern. Officers responded and found everything was okay.
  • Officers responded to a commercial alarm at the McCreary Community Building. Officers found everything was okay.
  • Officers responded to the 1400 block of Evelyn Street on a report of damage to a vehicle. Tires were reportedly slashed, and the vehicle was reportedly scratched. The case is under investigation.

  • No activity reported.

October 14, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 1300 block of 28th Street on a report of a theft from a residence.
  • Officers responded to Dallas County Hospital on a report of a dog bite. The incident occurred in Pattee Park, and the victim did not know whom the dog belonged to.
  • Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 1400 block of Willis Avenue.
  • Kamie Coles, 29, of 1402 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of interference with official acts.

October 15, 2019

  • Officers responded to the 1600 block of Rawson Street on a report of criminal mischief.
