- Officers received a report of harassment in the 300 block of Seventh Street. An extra patrol completed.
- Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 1300 block of 10th Street. A mailbox was destroyed, with estimated damages of $70.

- Officers received a report of an assault in the 600 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- Jeremy Joseph Danielson, 46, of 1101 Linden Lane, Faribault, Minnesota, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for second-degree theft.
- Marco Francis Roeder, 25, of 1517 Willis Ave., Perry, was issued a citation for fifth-offense dog at large, sixth-offense dog at large, fourth-offense vicious dog and fifth-offense vicious dog.
