A Christmas tree-full of quilted ornaments, hand-stitched by the Perry Piecemakers Quilt Guild, was won by lucky raffle winner Lisa Widick of Gatehouse Media.

The Carnegie Library Museum held their annual fundraising raffle Friday night after the Lighted Christmas Parade, a quieter alternative to the elfin chaos surrounding Santa’s post-parade appearance.

The donated quilt stitched by Linda Arndorf was won by Stephanie Shiffer, and the quilted ornaments gracing the Perry Piecemakers Quilt Guild Christmas tree, all stitched and donated by members of the guild, were won by Lisa Widick.

“We had a great crowd to view the Festival of Trees Friday night,” said Carnegie Library Museum volunteer Katie Schott. “Most seemed to vote, and many donated.”

Schott said this year’s raffle raised $304. All proceeds are used for programming at the Carnegie Library Museum.
