Performers with the Showtime Dance and Tumbling Studio returned to the Perry Performing Arts Center Saturday for the 35th annual spring recital.
The 2020 and 2021 performances were forced to different venues by the global pandemic, the grounds outside Osmundson Manufacturing and the hall of the National Guard Armory, respectively.
Sugar Rush was the theme of the 2022 recital, with longtime Showtime owner and operator Carlene Mehls Coleman directing about 125 dancers and tumblers through more than 30 numbers, including performances of hip hop, pom and tumbling.
Seniors in the 2022 spotlight included Carolina Robles, Marielena Ramierez and Marissa Culp.
