Each year the preschool, kindergarten and first through fifth grade students at St. Patrick’s Catholic School in Perry spend an afternoon having a Hallowe’en costume parade and in-room party.
The always-popular event even had some of the teachers in costume as well, which appeared especially to please people visiting the office.
The chance to go upstairs and show “the big kids” in grades 6 through 8 how they were dressed was also a high point. Afterwards, each class returned to its rooms for a Halloween party to cap an afternoon of excitement.
