Day one of Team Family Credit Union’s two-day bake sale for the Relay for Life of Dallas County raised $300, and there are plenty of baked dainties remaining for shoppers.
Team Family Credit Union members Tammy Wallace, Jenny Soto and Brian Thammathay served customers in the Thursday fundraiser.
Team Family Credit Union will also host a 5k Run/Walk on Sunday, May 6 at the McCreary Community Building. Registration starts at 11:45 a.m., and the run/walk starts at 1 p.m. Entry fees are $25 for adults and $20 for students and include a Relay for Life t-shirt.
