Perry native Bernadette Beuter Leach visited Perry this week from her home in Plano, Texas, in the company of her husband, Ed Leach, and daughter, Anastasia Leach.
Bernie, who celebrated a birthday Friday, is the daughter of Jim and Loretta Beuter of Perry, who will celebrate their 64th wedding anniversary in July.
