The National Weather Service office in Des Moines has issued a tornado watch until 9 p.m. Monday for Dallas County and the following south-central Iowa counties:
Adair, Adams, Audubon, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clarke, Crawford, Decatur, Greene, Guthrie, Lucas, Madison, Polk, Ringgold, Union, Warren and Wayne.
