CARROLL — Perry senior Noah Wilkening fired a 41-40–81 to finish tied for the fourth-lowest score at Monday’s boys Raccoon River Conference meet. The 10 lowest individuals (and ties) were named all-conference after making the 18-hole circuit of the Carroll Country Club.
ADM’s Micah Moyer (40-38–78), Grant Curran (42-38–80) and Jacob Schumacher (42-39–81) posted the first, third and tied for fourth lowest rounds. Combined with a 43-46–88 from Adam O’Connor, the Tigers won the team title with a 327.
Carroll’s Koby Paulsen (40-39–79) was second overall, helping his team to a second-place finish at 335 strokes. Winterset was third at 338 and Boone fourth at 344, with Ballard (349), Bondurant-Farrar (363), Perry (367) and Carlisle (425) completing the standings.
Connor Nielsen was second for Perry with a 50-42–92, with Dane McCarty shooting 51-45–96 and Tanner Duffy 55-43–98. Luke Rathje (52-47–99) and Gabe Ridnour (63-47–110) were also in action for Perry but did not score.
Jack West (42-40–82) paced Winterset, and Lance Losh (42-42–84) Boone, with Noah Hartman (41-42–83) low man for Ballard while Jayden Brady (40-44–84) led Bondurant-Farrar and Max Evans (51-44–95) Carlisle.
The Bluejays return to action Friday with a trip to Webster City for a Class 3A Sectional Meet.
