The PGSA Hitting Club is in full swing, meeting each Sunday from 4-5 p.m. at the Perry Elementary School gym.

The Perry Girls Softball Association will continue to offer their Hitting Club through the end of March.

The club meets from 4-5 p.m. each Sunday in the gym at Perry Elementary School. Perry varsity softball coach Tina Lutterman and several volunteers offer the chance for girls playing 8U-12U softball to receive personal instruction on hitting and fundamentals.

The cost for the club is $25, and any girl who attends at least five sessions will receive a coveted PGSA Hitting Club t-shirt.

New PGSA President Andrea Tunink and Vice President Emily Leslie have also announced that PGSA registration will be held Thursday and Monday, Feb. 1 and Feb. 5, at the Perry Elementary School. Registration is for girls ages 4-13 and will be held both dates from 4-8 p.m. to coincide with parent/teacher conferences.
