Perry kindergarteners in the Discover Space summer reading program at the Perry Public Library took a break from the designing, building and testing of their egg astronaut space capsule Wednesday morning to tour the spinning universe of crocheted hula hoops at the Josh Davis Memorial Plaza.

Led by kindergarten teachers Rachel Steva and Sarah Bryan, the 33 eggstronauts admired the intelligent design of the universe of handiwork.
